When should I schedule my blowout?
Late October into November, before the first hard freeze. Waiting until a freeze is in the forecast is how systems crack, and it is also when everyone calls at once. Earlier is easier on both of us.
One zone stopped working. Is that a big repair?
Usually not. A dead zone is most often a bad solenoid, a wiring break, or a stuck valve, and all three are same-visit fixes. We diagnose before quoting so you are not paying for guesswork.
Do I really need power raking every year?
In this climate, most lawns do. Wet winters build moss and thatch faster than dry ones, and once that layer gets thick enough, water sits on top instead of reaching the roots. We will tell you honestly if yours can skip a year.
Why do you not list prices?
Sprinkler work depends on the property: how many zones, what condition the system is in, how far we drive. A price list would be wrong for most yards. Send a request and we will give you a real number.
What area do you serve?
We are based in Enumclaw and work across the Plateau: Enumclaw, Buckley, Black Diamond, Maple Valley, Bonney Lake, Covington, Auburn, and Ravensdale, plus the unincorporated areas in between. If you are just outside it, ask anyway. We will tell you straight whether the drive makes sense.
